Ingredients:-
- 500 gm minced chicken
- 300gm potatoes boiled or bread slices
- 2 onions
- 4 green chillies finely chopped
- ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped or 1 tbsp coriander powder
- ¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp Foodalltime green paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp Foodalltime garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
Method
- Knead the mince for a few minutes, then add all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs, oil, and egg.
- Mix and shape into kebabs and cover with bread crumbs.
- Refrigerate the kebabs for half an hour.
- Beat the egg.
- Dip each kebab in egg and shallow fry them.
