Ingredients of Crispy Aloo Chaat

  • 4 boiled,chopped into cubes potato
  • 1 small chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon dry mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon sev
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

  1. Heat some oil in a pan. 
  2. Then add jeera and green chilies and let them splutter. 
  3. Then add potatoes and shallow fry till they turn golden brown in colour and crisp in texture.
  4. Add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and salt. Give a good mix.
  5. Take out the chaat in a bowl. Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves, sev and garlic mayo. Give a toss and serve.
