This is one of the easiest recipes on chaat. It’s super quick and most people like potatoes, so works well as an evening snack. I will make it for my mother as she likes potatoes.

The potato is the most versatile of vegetables. There are so many Indian dishes that one cannot even imagine without the ubiquitous Aloo. For me, any chaat without an aloo is not a chaat. And Aloo chaat is of course the star, love this crispy aloo chat recipe and the next time we make this at home, this is how I will make it.
