Ingredients of Vegetable Bhaang Pakora
- 200 gm gram flour (besan)
- 100 gm bhaang leaves
- 10 gm bhang seed powder
- 4 green chilli
- 10 gm red chilli powder
- 2 drop soda
- 2 potato
- 100 gm spinach
- 5 gm carom seeds
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 cup refined oil
Instructions To Make Vegetable Bhaang Pakora
- To prepare this easy recipe, wash the potatoes, spinach and green chillies.
- Chop spinach and green chillies into long chunks. Peel the potatoes and slice them evenly.
- Next, take a small bowl and add gram flour in it along with salt and soda, and mix properly.
- Then, mix bhang seeds powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder, and chopped green chillies with water and mix well so that the batter attains thick consistency.
- Now, put a kadhai over a high flame and heat oil in it.
- Add the batter with potato slices into the oil and deep fry them.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
