Ingredients of Vegetable Bhaang Pakora

  • 200 gm gram flour (besan)
  • 100 gm bhaang leaves
  • 10 gm bhang seed powder
  • 4 green chilli
  • 10 gm red chilli powder
  • 2 drop soda
  • 2 potato
  • 100 gm spinach
  • 5 gm carom seeds
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 cup refined oil

Instructions  To Make Vegetable Bhaang Pakora

  1. To prepare this easy recipe, wash the potatoes, spinach and green chillies. 
  2. Chop spinach and green chillies into long chunks. Peel the potatoes and slice them evenly.
  3. Next, take a small bowl and add gram flour in it along with salt and soda, and mix properly. 
  4. Then, mix bhang seeds powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder, and chopped green chillies with water and mix well so that the batter attains thick consistency.
  5. Now, put a kadhai over a high flame and heat oil in it. 
  6. Add the batter with potato slices into the oil and deep fry them. 
  7. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
