Ingredients
- 1 bulb Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4-5 pieces Green Chilli
- 3-4 sprigs Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Rinse and peel the ginger. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
- Peel and rinse the garlic.
- Wash green chillies. Remove the crown, cut into halves and set aside.
- Mix Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly And Curry Leaves. Blend in a mixer and make a paste.
- A fine or coarse paste is your choice. Though I personally prefer the coarse paste.
