Ingredients

  • 1 bulb Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 pieces Green Chilli
  • 3-4 sprigs Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger. Cut the ginger into small pieces.

  2. Peel and rinse the garlic.

  3. Wash green chillies. Remove the crown, cut into halves and set aside.

  4. Mix Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly And Curry Leaves. Blend in a mixer and make a paste.

  5. A fine or coarse paste is your choice. Though I personally prefer the coarse paste.
