Ingredients

  • 50 gram shitake mushroom soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
  • 100 gram fresh mushroom-sliced
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme or fresh parsley
  • 30 ml white Wine
  • 100 gram whole wheat pasta-penne or linguine
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Read the instructions on the packet and put the pasta in boiling salted water for the time specified on the packet. Prepare the sauce, while the pasta is boiling.
  2. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil, add mushroom and wine in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  3. Add some of the water in which shitake mushroom was soaked once the wine evaporates.
  4. Add salt, herbs and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, add to the sauce with a little bit of pasta water. Serve at once.
