Ingredients:

For The Bhang

  • ½ cup ghee
  • ½ cup cannabis leaves

For The Halwa

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ½ tsp cardamom seeds
  • ¼ cup mixture of watermelon and cantaloupe seeds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1½ cup milk

Method:

Instructions For The Bhang

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Put the leaves in the pan. Keep it on a medium flame till the leaves start changing colour.
  2. Keep it aside.

Instructions For The Halwa

  1. Put milk, water, and sugar in a pan and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Make a raw roux paste with ghee and chickpea flour in a separate pan. Add bhang to this mixture.
  3. Mix ghee, chickpea flour, and bhang on low heat until the flour turns golden brown.
  4. To it, add the water, milk, and sugar mixture and cook it until it becomes a thick paste.
  5. Add watermelon seeds, cardamom seeds, and cantaloupe seeds. Continue stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and serve.
