Ingredients:

  • Bhang
  • 2½ cup yogurt
  • ÂĽ cup blanched pistachios
  • 2 tsp khus syrup
  • 2 tsp whipped cream

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, and khus syrup. Store in the refrigerator to cool.
  2. Grind pistachios finely and blend the pistachios and bhang paste for two minutes.
  3. Blend for two more minutes after adding the yogurt mixture.
  4. Serve loded with ice cubes/crushed ice and desi gulab and dry fruits.
