Recipe For Bhang Masala Chai

Ingredients:
For Bhang Chai
- Bhang paste
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup dried cannabis leaves (in case you don’t have the bhang paste)
- ¼ cup Half-n-half cream
For Chai Masala
- 6 cloves
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 6 black peppercorns
- 6 green cardamom pods (cracked)
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
- 1 tsp oil
Method:
- The dried cannabis leaves can be ground into a coarse powder or the bhaang paste can be used.
- Put the powder, water, cinnamon stick, milk, sugar, cloves, green cardamom pods, black peppercorns, oil and ginger, in a saucepan and let it come to a boil.
- Allow it to simmer for around 15 minutes on low heat.
- Let the blended mixture cool down then strain it into a jar and tighten the lid to avoid spillage.
- Blend in ¼ cup of half-n-half cream and ¾ cup of strained tea in a cup. Warm it in a microwave and serve.
P.S. The strained tea mixture, if refrigerated properly, stays fresh for a week.
