Ingredients of Coconut Chutney
- 1 cup fresh Coconut
- 1 Green Chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Tamarind Pulp or curd
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 sprig of curry Leaves
- 1tsp mustard seeds
- 1 pinch Hing
Instructions For Coconut Chutney
- Take fresh coconut, and grate it finely in a mixie jar or in a grater.
- Add green chilies, ginger, salt, mint leaves, and tamarind pulp/curd and grind them together to form a paste.
- Heat the coconut oil and prepare the tempering.
- Add the tempering to the paste and stir well.
- Your Coconut Chutney is ready to serve.
