    Ingredients

    • 2 rhizomes of fresh turmeric cut into roundels
    • a handful of Coriander leaves
    • a handful – Curry leaves
    • a handful- Mint leaves
    • 1-Onion finely chopped
    • 1-2 Green chillies
    • 1-2 Red chillies
    • 2 tsp Cooking oil
    • ¼ tsp Hing powder
    • 1 tsp Tamarind paste
    • 4 tbsp Fried grams
    • 2 tbsp Grated coconut
    • Salt to taste

    For seasoning

    • 2 tsp cooking oil
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp Split urad dhal
    • 1 tsp Channa dal
    • 1 sprig curry leaves

      Instructions

      1. Wash, clean, and maintain all three greens.
      2. Put oil in a pan, add hing powder, red and green chillies with onions, then add fresh turmeric pieces.
      3. Sauté the onions and turmeric for 2-3 minutes before adding the greens.
      4. Sauté the greens until they shrink a little bit, then add tamarind paste and salt to taste.
      5. You can now add fried grams.
      6. Once the coconut is added, turn off the heat and mix everything together.
      7. After cooling, grind the chutney to a fine consistency, adding the above ingredients.
      8. Idlis, dosas, or any variety of tiffin go well with this dish.
