    Ingredients For Bajra Peas Roti

    • 1 cup bajra (black millet) flour [buy online]
    • ½ cup boiled and mashed green peas
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
    • 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
    • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
    • salt to taste
    • bajra (black millet) flour for dusting
    • 2 tsp oil for cooking

    Method For Bajra Peas Roti

    1. Combine all the ingredients and knead with enough warm water to make bajra peas roti.
    2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
    3. Take a portion of the dough on a rolling board and pat it with your fingers to form a 150 mm. (6″) diameter circle using a little bajra flour for dusting.
    4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the roti, using ¼ tsp of oil, until itt becomes goldenish brown in color on both the sides.
    5. Make 7 more rotis by repeating steps 3 and 4.
    6. Serve the bajra peas roti immediately.
