- 3 medium-sized bananas
- 2-3 tbsp raw sugar or honey as required
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or 1-2 pinches of vanilla powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder for garnish – (optional)
Instructions For Making Banana Shake
- Bananas should be peeled and chopped.
- Incorporate the bananas, coconut milk, vanilla, and vanilla into the blender.
- Sweeten with raw sugar or your preferred sweetener. It is possible to omit the sweetener.
