It’s made with some of my favorite ingredients—chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and mint. It couldn’t be simpler to make for your next summer get-together!

Before getting on to this recipe, let me first advise you that do not add any ice cubes in it or any other water-based element like pieces of fruit, etc as they make the shake watery. And no one likes a drink that has got bits floating around in it

You can jazz up your Mint-Chocolate Chip Shake with a few drops of green colouring for a faint tint of colour.

The simplicity of this drink can make it perfect for kids to enjoy on hot days. The next time you plan on having a family gathering, impress your guests with this classic shake!

Chocolate Chip Shake With Mint

Mint, this popular herb, has several benefits which include proper digestion and weight loss, relief from nausea, depression, fatigue, and headache.

In India, it is mostly used in the treatment of asthma, memory loss, and skincare problems.

It is a well-known mouth and breath freshener and has more than two dozen species and hundreds of varieties.

It is a herb that has been used for hundreds of years for its remarkable medicinal properties and incidentally one of my most favourite herbs after curry leaves.

The market today is full of products like toothpaste, chewing gums, breath fresheners, candies, and inhalers, most of which have mint as their base element.

Besides its wide industrial use in ice-creams and chocolates, as well as in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, medicines, inhalers, and breath fresheners.

It is also used as a condiment and a decorative item in culinary preparation around the world.

Drinks and foods containing mint cool you off in the summer and it is often included in summer cocktails for a refreshing burst of flavour.

It is also a good relaxant.
