Now that the summers are in shakes, smoothies and iced coffee, all have become our favourite time pass. So much so that they sometimes even tend to substitute our meals! In all these years I’m yet to meet a person who has the heart to refuse a glass of iced coffee milkshake or smoothie without a feeling of regret or a twinge of regret!

My son just absolutely loves drinking and making iced coffee. Today I bring to you son’s invention, this easy, copycat version of your favourite coffee shop drink tastes just like the real thing!

Now with this recipe that I bring to you, you don’t have to drive down to your favourite coffee shop at the end of the street. Just relax at home and sip on this glorious iced chocolate and coffee drink. Just throw all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy a chilled refreshing summer treat. You probably already have most of the ingredients on hand already. So…What are you waiting for? Get set and go!

Iced coffee that i bring to you today is my son's invention. You are absolutely going to love this and I'm sure that you aren't just going to stop at one and this will become your all-time favourite this summer season.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice
  • ½ cup coffee, cooled
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce or syrup
  • 2 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Sauce

Garnishing

  • Hershey’s Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Cream and Caramel Sauce
  • Choco Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Line the interior of the glass with Hershey’s Chocolate Sauce. And pour some at the bottom for the rich chocolaty experience.

  3. Pour into two large glasses. 
  4. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel sauce,  and choco chips if desired.
