Ingredients for Making Mouthwatering Chicken Liver Fry
- 6 pieces Chicken Liver
- 1 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt- as per taste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp FoodAllTime Multipurpose Healthy Green Paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric Ground
- 1 tsp FoodAllTime Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice Raw – for the marinade(optional)
Marinate the chicken liver with lemon juice for half an hour in a refrigerator.
Mix half teaspoon of FoodAllTime Multipurpose Healthy Green Paste in it.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the sliced onion and curry leaves.
Sauté in the sliced onion, curry leaves. Cook until the onion becomes soft and golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and the FoodAllTime Multipurpose Healthy Green Paste.
Add the remaining spices red chilli powder, coriander powder, FoodAllTime Garam Masala, pepper powder, salt, and cook until they lose their raw smell.
Add the boiled liver. Add the remaining little amount of stalk and mix well. Cook over a medium flame for 5 - 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken liver fry from fire and garnish with coriander leaves. It’s now ready to be served.
