Ingredients
- 1 Kg Green Chilli
- 50 grams Cumin Seeds जीरा [BUY ONLINE]
- 50 grams Coriander Seeds साबुत धनिया [BUY ONLINE]
- 100 grams Yellow Mustard Seeds राई [BUY ONLINE]
- 35 grams Fenugreek Seeds मेथी दाना [BUY ONLINE]
- 50 grams Fennel Seeds सौंफ [BUY ONLINE]
- 50 grams Nigella Seeds कलौंजी [BUY ONLINE]
- 1 tsp Hing हींग [BUY ONLINE]
- 3 Tsp Salt नमक
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice निम्बू का रस [BUY ONLINE]
- 4 tbsp Mustard Oil सरसों का तेल [BUY ONLINE]
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar सिरका [BUY ONLINE]
Instructions
- Begin with washing all the green chillies. Then, using a dry cloth, wipe them and keep aside.
- Using a sharp knife slit all the chillies and remove the seeds and keep them aside.
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, and dry roast in a pan.
- Transfer the spice mixture, some salt and add some mustard oil to it. Also add lemon juice/vinegar to the mix and stir in nicely for equal distribution of spices.
- Stuff the green chillies with the prepared masala mix gently.
- Transfer the green chillies to a clean and dry glass jar.
- Add vinegar to the container and cover. Stuff green chilli pickle is ready!
