      Instructions

      1. Begin with washing all the green chillies. Then, using a dry cloth, wipe them and keep aside. 
      2. Using a sharp knife slit all the chillies and remove the seeds and keep them aside. 
      3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, and dry roast in a pan. 
      4. Transfer the spice mixture, some salt and add some mustard oil to it. Also add lemon juice/vinegar to the mix and stir in nicely for equal distribution of spices. 
      5. Stuff the green chillies with the prepared masala mix gently. 
      6. Transfer the green chillies to a clean and dry glass jar. 
      7. Add vinegar to the container and cover. Stuff green chilli pickle is ready!
