I personally love this easy Homemade tutti frutti custard recipe, although my children are not a fan of this recipe but they don’t object to it when I cook it.

I prepare a fruit custard recipe just because it is prepared with a combination of multiple fruits or when a little custard is leftover from the tipsy pudding.

Moreover, I was getting several requests for a custard recipe, and I thought of sharing it with my readers. Additionally, this Homemade tutti frutti custard recipe is open-ended concerning the addition of fruits.

You can add any locally available fruits, including strawberry, pear, orange, plum, and even dry fruits.

While the preparation of this exotic Homemade tutti frutti custard recipe is extremely simple, some consideration and variation are required, so I would recommend using fresh full cream cow’s milk for this custard recipe.

The Homemade tutti frutti custard recipe would be more flavorful and rich if made with full cream milk.

In addition, add the chopped fruit only after the custard milk has cooled down completely.

The fruits will lose their crunchiness and original flavour if added to hot milk, and will not thicken.

Furthermore, this recipe was further enhanced by adding cherries, tutti frutti, plums, almonds, pista, and even cashews or any dry fruits to prepare a dry fruits custard.

If you find lumps in your custard, feel free to pass it through a fine-mesh sieve into a different bowl. Additionally, turn off the flame before adding custard to milk.
