  • 200 grams cooking white chocolate
  • 10 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp paan syrup
  • 2 tbsp mukhwaas (plus more for garnishing)

    Cooking Instructions

    1. Make small pieces of the white chocolate by chopping it.
    2. Over high heat, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
    3. Reduce the heat.
    4. A glass bowl should be placed over the pan and white chocolate added to it.
    5. The chocolate should be smooth and shiny after being mixed with a spatula.
    6. Mix the butter and cream together until the butter melts and the chocolate is well combined.
    7. Mix together the paan syrup and the mukhwaas.
    8. Allow the truffle mixture to sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    9. Make small balls from the chocolate mixture and roll them over the mukhwaas.
    10. Garnish with silver foil and serve!
