Ingredients
- 200 grams cooking white chocolate
- 10 grams unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp paan syrup
- 2 tbsp mukhwaas (plus more for garnishing)
Cooking Instructions
- Make small pieces of the white chocolate by chopping it.
- Over high heat, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Reduce the heat.
- A glass bowl should be placed over the pan and white chocolate added to it.
- The chocolate should be smooth and shiny after being mixed with a spatula.
- Mix the butter and cream together until the butter melts and the chocolate is well combined.
- Mix together the paan syrup and the mukhwaas.
- Allow the truffle mixture to sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Make small balls from the chocolate mixture and roll them over the mukhwaas.
- Garnish with silver foil and serve!
