Ingredients
- 4 large Potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed roughly)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds /Jeera
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp FoodAllTime Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Amchur Powder
- 1 tsp Kalonji/Nigella sativa (don’t add if cooking for fasting purpose)
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 3 tsp Green Chillies and ginger paste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida/Hing
- Mint leaves a handful finely chopped
- Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add bay leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds and The Kalongi/Nigella seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add tomatoes, ginger-green chilli paste, amchur, salt and hing/asafetida and cook till soft and pulpy.
- Mash the boiled potatoes unevenly with your hands.
- Toss the potatoes well in the tomato puree and add water, chopped mint leaves and FoodAll Time Garam Masala.
- Now bring this to a boil.
- Cover with lid and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with mango pickle and poori.
