Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp extra virgin oil
- 3 sprigs curry leaves
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- ½ tsp hing asafetida
- 3 cups white rice long grain (cooked)
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tsp FoodAllTime Tadka
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium heat in kadhai/ wok/ saucepan.
- Add FoodAllTime Tadka and once it splutters add ginger, curry leaves and green chillies. When the curry leaves turn crisp, add hing, and turn down the stove.
- Add rice, salt, and stir until everything is fully incorporated. Cook for 2 minutes on slow flame with lid on. Remove from fire and rest for 5 minutes (keep the lid on.)
- Remove lid and add the curd.
- Stir thoroughly and adjust the salt as per your taste.
- Served warm, serve chilled, or pack for tiffin.
