      Helpful Tips

When you debone the chicken you can keep the cartridges but discard the bones. This is vital because cooked chicken bones can splinter and cause serious intestinal damage.

Alternatively, if you are working and don’t have time then you can freeze in meal-sized plastic bags and serve when you want.

You can also mash the vegetable and the chicken together if you don’t want to blend them.
