Bake it all until potatoes are cooked and onions are caramelized.
Remove the baking dish and then squeeze fresh lemon juice over it.
Add sliced green chili pepper, chopped fresh mint leaves, very finely chopped tomatoes, and mix it all well. Serve and enjoy!
Sweet Potato Stew
