Ingredients
- 1 tbsp nonfat dry milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp grated veggies
Instructions
- You should add a little water to the milk powder. If you don’t have milk powder, then nonfat milk would also do.
- Beat the eggs nicely and add them to the mixture.
- The mixture should be placed into a small non-stick frying pan and cooked on medium heat until done.
- Turn it over like a pancake and evenly distribute the cottage cheese and veggies over half of the cooked surface.
- Fold as you would an omelet.
- To serve, cut into bite-size pieces when cooled.

Woah!!This is being a pet mom or dad at a really new and high level! I’ve had a dog before and lost her about a decade ago already. I used to thought that buying those expensive dog food to make sure our precious pets are well looked after is already grand.
