Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat frozen yoghurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract/essence
  • ½ cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tbsp Skippy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with flaxseed, if desired.
