Frittata (Farmer-Style Omelet)

20grams Baconlean, diced
20grams Potatoescooked and diced
½tsp Saltto taste
¼tsp Pepperto taste
Cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crisp.
Add the onions and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the potatoes and sauté until they are lightly browned.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Pour them over the ingredients in the skillet and stir gently.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook until the eggs are nearly set.
Remove the cover and place the skillet under a broiler to brown the eggs lightly. Cut the frittata into wedges and serve.
