  • 250 gram Curd
  • 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup Chilled Water
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 Clove Grated Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes Optional


  1. Take some fresh curd.

  2. Blend together curd, mint leaves and water together for 30 seconds.
  3. Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, crushed ice cubes and grated garlic. Blend them together one more time.
  4. The Indian Yogurt Drink /Mattha is ready to be served
