    Hello,! Is there any natural preservatives that can prolong the lemon juices that mix already with several ingredients like water, sugar, added flavoring, etc. I have process juice but and I refrigerate it for few days maximum of 1 week because when its not refrigerated, It will fermented. And the taste will be change. Is there any way to maintain its taste and freshness without being refrigerated?

      hi there, you can freeze it in an ice tray. that way it stays fresh for long. instead of ice cubes, you’ll get lemon cubes. If you are not plagued by power cuts then it’ll stay fresh for months after being frozen. Or if you like then you can add equal amount of sugar to it and let it dissolve on its own in the sun. You’ll have a lemon squash ready when all the sugar dissolves. Store it in a cool dark place or in refrigerator

      You can use sodium bicarbonate as a preservative or simply freeze it in a deep freezer.
